The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus is hosting a wrapped cord basket workshop May 6 from 1-4 p.m.
During this workshop, hosted by Ellen Hahs, curator of education for the museum, participants will create a small basket with wrapping and stitching techniques, and learn how simple supplies can have unlimited design potential.
A pre-registration of $15 is due April 29 for ages nine and up. Supplies will be provided.
The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus, located at 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
