CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., July 1, 2009 — The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau will host Family Day: Visual Voices at the Museum from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 11.
Visitors are invited to drop by the Crisp Museum and exercise their visual voice with hands on activities like printmaking, collage and a gallery search of the Equity Collection Exhibition. Those who participate also will be able to view artists’ vignettes to learn their sources of inspiration and the emotion or messages they wish to express through their art in different mediums.
