Crisp Museum Hosting ‘River Cane Wind Chimes’ Workshop March 27-28

The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus is hosting “River Cane Wind Chimes” workshop March 27 and 28 from 1-4 p.m.

Participants are invited to create their own wind chimes made of local cane. Face coverings will be required, and social distancing guidelines will be in place. Supplies will be provided.

The event is free, but workshop space is limited. Preregistration is required by March 26.

The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus, located at 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Museum hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 1-4 p.m. on weekends and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the first Friday of the month.
