The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum, located on the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University, will host a “Summer in Color” workshop for ages 50 and above on June 21 and 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost for this two-day workshop is $10, and registration is required by June 14. Supplies will be provided, and no experience is necessary.
Participants will use art and craft supplies to create images and designs representing the summer season. Teaching artists and museum staff will demonstrate the use of realism, abstract and representation styles in their artwork, which will include printing, weaving, collage and paper works.

The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus, located at 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, 1-4 p.m. on weekends and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the first Friday of the month.
