The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp Museum at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus is hosting Small Group Adult Art Classes weekly through Aug. 18.
Classes will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 1-4 p.m. Preregistration and $5 fee per class is required at semo.edu/museum/education.
Classes are open to beginner and advanced participants, with a variety of art and craft mediums to be covered, including oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel and chalk painting; drawing, jewelry, stitching, book making; 2D and 3D paper arts; fiber arts; weaving; collage; calligraphy; and photography.
Participants may use their own supplies or the supplies provided, and are also welcome to bring through own projects.
The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus, located at 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
