Time is running out to buy tickets for the 2018 Southeast Day at Busch on Saturday, June 2, when the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Pittsburgh Pirates in a 1:15 p.m. game. The last day to buy specially-priced tickets is Saturday, May 19. Afterwards, any remaining tickets in the University’s loge reserve sections will be released back to the Cardinals.
Tickets for the game are available online at www.cardinals.com/semo. Tickets are $25, plus a small processing fee. A portion of each ticket sold will go toward Southeast student scholarships.
A pre-game gathering for alumni, students, faculty and staff is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Ballpark Village, next to Busch Stadium, in the Fox Sports Midwest Sky Box on the second floor. Lunch items will be served, and drink specials will be available. There is a small registration fee for the pre-game gathering. For pre-game registration, visit here. The RSVP deadline is May 25.
In addition to helping support the University’s scholarship fund, anyone who purchases tickets has a chance to win four Field Box tickets and four Cardinals Nation Pre-Game passes for the game against the Washington Nationals on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 7:15 p.m. Every ticket purchased is a chance to win, and the more tickets purchased equates to more entries in the drawing, which will take place May 30. The winner will be notified by email. The Cardinals Nation Pre-Game passes include an all-inclusive buffet as well as beverages on the second floor of Cardinals Nation restaurant in Ballpark Village that starts two and half hours before the first pitch and ends at the scheduled game time.
