Facilities Management is reporting a decrease in building cooling capacity for the Wehking Alumni Center, the Douglas C. Greene Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Holcomb Success Center.

The chilled water system is currently operating on half capacity. One half of the chiller is down for repairs, which keeps it from producing all of the chilled water needed.

Facilities Management is working with Langford Mechanical to make full repairs to the Alumni system. At this time, there is not an estimated completion date as Facilities Management waits to learn more on the availability of repair parts. The new chiller at Holcomb is scheduled to be online by June 8 and will bring needed relief as the Alumni system is repaired.

Please note that weather variations may cause unanticipated fluctuations to interior temperatures. Facilities Management apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience as it performs these necessary repairs.
