CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Oct. 19, 2012 — Dr. Beth Easter, associate professor of health, human performance and recreation and director of the sport management program at Southeast Missouri State University, was reappointed today to a three-year term on the Show Me Center Board of Managers.
The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents approved the reappointment. Easter’s new term expires Dec. 1, 2015.
The Show Me Center Board of Managers is comprised of three representatives appointed by the Board of Regents and three appointed by the Cape Girardeau City Council. Appointments are staggered so only two members are appointed each year.
Easter has served three previous terms on the board. Other University representatives on the board are Kathy Mangels, vice president for finance and administration, and Mike Buck, interim director of the Student Recreation Center. City representatives on the board are Cord Dombrowski, City Manager Scott Meyer and Luke Landgraf.
