Facilities Management will be performing a software conversion for the Web-based work order system from 4 p.m. Aug. 2 to 8 a.m. Aug. 6. During this upgrade, there will be no electronic means to enter work requests from Facilities Management or office supplies requests from Central Receiving.
During this time, University employees can report any issues concerning work orders by calling (573) 651-2349. For office supply orders from Central Receiving, call (573) 651-2953.
Once the conversion is complete, users may not notice any changes to the website for requests or office supplies. However, in the near future, changes will be implemented. If you have questions or concerns, contact Facilities Management at (573) 651-2349, or Central Receiving at (573) 651-2953.
