Employees hired before October 2020, are eligible for the FY21 mid-year merit salary increase. Salary increases for eligible grant-funded employees and any contract renewals, will be processed six months after the beginning of the grant/contract renewal cycle. Employees with an unsatisfactory performance rating during the 2020 performance review cycle and term employees will not be eligible for the FY21 mid-year merit salary increase.
In addition, the second phase of the 2019-2020 salary equity study pay adjustments, for eligible faculty and staff, is equal to 5% of the equity value identified in the study. Faculty and staff having term assignments, or an unsatisfactory performance rating are not eligible for the equity salary increase. Future salary equity study pay adjustments will be subject to funding availability.
