CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Oct. 7, 2013 — The Kim King Memorial Golf Tournament to help fund the newly established Facilities Management Endowed Scholarship at Southeast Missouri State University raised more than $8,500 Sept. 23.
The golf tournament, in honor of longtime Facilities Management employee Kim King who died Dec. 27, was held at Bent Creek Golf Course in Jackson, Mo. King, a 1984 graduate of Southeast, was employed by Facilities Management for more than 32 years, having most recently served as operations support manager and previously as stores manager, accounting clerk and secretary of the Physical Plant and Purchasing.
