Missouri Gov. Mike Parson will visit Southeast’s David M. Barton Agriculture Research Center today as part of a nine-stop statewide listening tour to hear from community leaders across Missouri.
“Our local communities are the bedrock of this state, and we are committed to working with and listening to all ideas as we begin to develop a plan to move Missouri forward,” Parson said.
Southeast’s David M. Barton Agriculture Research Center will be the governor’s second stop today after first visiting the University of Missouri-Columbia. Later today he visits Three Rivers College before concluding his tour in St. Louis. Yesterday, the tour included stops in Springfield, Branson, Carthage, St. Joseph and Kansas City.
