CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.,
Dec. 13, 2007 – Jared Enloe of Hillsboro, Mo., has been named “Recreation Services Employee of the Month” for November at Southeast Missouri State University.
Enloe, a junior, is an intramural sports supervisor within the department and has worked for Recreation Services for two years.
He was nominated for his work in November with the department’s regional flag football tournament, held early in the month. Enloe was present for much of this event and shamelessly assisted the operation of the event despite inclement weather conditions at times. The aspiring sports announcer also has some interest in becoming a fire-fighter. Enloe is a member of Theta Xi fraternity, the College Republicans and the Rowdy Crowd.
The “Employee of the Month” award is the highest honor a student employee within the department can attain. Enloe is one of about 180 student employees working within the department. Jared received a duffel bag from the department as recognition of his accomplishments.
