The second talk in the series will be “Studying Abroad … Remembering is to Live Again.” It will be presented by Elena Duenas, a native of Colombia, who graduated from Southeast in 1987 with her twin sister, Enith. Elena is a human resources officer in Bogota, Colombia, for the Panamerican Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO), an agency of the United Nations Organization. In her upcoming I-Talk, she will share her experiences as an international student in the United States and the impact that experience has had on her life and career.
This I-Talk will take place on May 4 at noon in the University Center Redhawks Room (fourth floor). Refreshments will be served.
