KRCU’s ‘Vargas Speaks’ Focuses on Autism Center Services Expansion, Spanish for Health Professionals Minor, Facility Review


KRCU General Manager Dan Woods recently sat down with Southeast President Carlos Vargas in the latest edition of “Vargas Speaks.”

In this edition, Vargas talks about the University’s expansion of the Autism Center for Diagnosis and Treatment’s services to the Sikeston Regional Campus and Southeast’s new minor, Spanish for the Health Professions.

He also discusses SupportNet, an online system developed to streamline communication with students, the Missouri Department of Higher Education’s Facility Review and using a drone to deliver admittance packets to two students at Richland High School in Essex, Missouri.
