Kathy Mangels, vice president for finance and administration, delivered a report on contracts and Facilities Management projects, highlighting Crisp Hall renovations to begin in January. She said phase one of renovations at the former Cottonwood Residential Treatment Center at 1025 N. Sprigg is complete and the International Village will open in January. Mangels also reported that work is continuing on a new cyber range in Dempster Hall this winter. She added that a campus utility tunnel survey will be presented to the Board in February. She noted that due to aging infrastructure, replacement of a utility tunnel from behind the Otto and Della Seabaugh Polytechnic Building needs to begin soon and design is underway. In addition, the roof on the Student Recreation Center will be replaced next summer. It is now in the design phase.
