As a reminder, faculty and staff employees can now view their personalized FY22 merit and equity salary letters in the Portal under the Employee SS tab and clicking on “View Salary/Equity Letter” in the Human Resources section. Employees must select a position title, letter year and letter type to view their letter.
Employees hired before April 2021, are eligible for the FY22 merit salary increase. Salary increases for eligible grant-funded employees and any contract renewals will be effective with your next regular contract renewal cycle. Employees with an unsatisfactory performance rating during the 2021 performance review cycle and one-year term employees will not be eligible for the FY22 merit salary increase.
In addition, the third phase of the 2019-20 salary equity study pay adjustments, for eligible faculty and staff, is equal to 60% of the equity value identified in the study. Faculty and staff having term assignments, or an unsatisfactory performance rating are not eligible for the equity salary increase. Future salary equity study pay adjustments will be subject to funding availability.
