CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., March 10, 2010 — The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus will host “Family Day: Time Stoppers” from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 27.
Families can make a short clay animation scene with characters they create. Miniature props will be available. Digital images, taken as the scene progresses, will be uploaded on a computer. A QuickTime movie file of the animation will be available for participants to keep.
Those participating may also explore the fine art exhibitions Ansel Adams: Masterworks and Matt Miller: Transition Spaces 10.1.
The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at the River Campus, 518 S. Fountain St., Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1 to 4 p.m. on weekends. For more information, e-mail email@example.com or call (573) 651-2301.
