After Spring Break 2019, faculty, staff and students will return to a redesigned Moodle. This upgrade will offer new features, as well as be more user-friendly. Examples of improvements include:

1) Ability to hide sidebars by clicking the “hide blocks” button.

2) Collapsed sidebars to hide the information inside of them.

3) Moodle mobile device users will not have to scroll to the bottom of a class to view the course navigation bar. Instead, a button in the header will open a side-bar with the navigation box;

4) Generic color palette of grey and blue is replaced with red and light yellow, making the page align with University branding.

The new Moodle theme will be available after the scheduled maintenance window of 7-9 a.m. Saturday, March 9.
