Southeast Missouri State University and its web partner, Fastspot, have set the project schedule for the upcoming redesign and rebuild of the semo.edu website, including the project’s official kickoff and anticipated launch date.
Work will get underway in August 2020 beginning with a discovery phase to collect from members of campus their thoughts on the goals of a new website and what it should accomplish. Due to COVID-19, Fastspot will conduct discovery sessions remotely. Additional information and a schedule of discovery sessions in which the campus can participate will be forthcoming.
The project currently has an anticipated launch date of July 2021. Because Fastspot and the University Marketing team will be focused on the new website, departments and offices are asked to delay major web requests and redesigns for the upcoming year. Routine edits should continue to be shared through the WebQ ticketing system on the University Marketing web page.
