Rec Services Offering January Jump Start Classes


The University community is invited to jump start their New Year’s Resolutions with lunch express class offerings Jan. 2-11 at the Student Recreation Center. All classes will be held from 12:15–12:45 p.m.

Classes are:

Jan. 2: Barre Body
Jan. 3: Pilates
Jan. 4: Redhawk Flex
Jan. 7: TRX+
Jan. 8: Pilates
Jan. 9: Drum to the Beat
Jan. 10: Yoga Flow
Jan. 11: Redhawk Flex

Bonus Challenge: If participants complete four out of the eight classes in addition to doing five days of Cardio between Jan. 2 11, they are eligible to win a prize. Faculty and staff can earn 50 bonus Sweat Equity Points, and students will receive a free Rec T-shirt.

Registration for the bonus challenge will be held Jan. 2 in the Group Fitness Studio.
