May 15, 2009 – Recreation Services at Southeast Missouri State University has announced the winners of its “Shape Up Southeast!” program.
Shape Up Southeast! is an incentive program in which teams compete by accumulating physical and wellness points. Following are the winners for the spring 2009 semester:

Winners of this year’s Shape Up Spirit Award are Linda Tansil and Dr. Tom Wallgren. The Shape Up Spirit Award recognizes individuals who motivate and inspire others to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
