To renew parking permits online, visit the Southeast Portal at http://portal.semo.edu. Under the “My Southeast,” select the “Employee SS” tab. Scroll down to the “Employee Services” section on the right side of the web page, and select “Parking Services.” Select the Fall 2017 term from the drop down menu and submit. Then select “Request Permit.”
Permits renewed online will be mailed to the faculty or staff member’s University Mail Stop code. After the new permit is received, expiring permits should be returned to Parking Services at Mail Stop 7275 to ensure proper disposal.
To apply in person, employees must bring a valid University ID and the expiring permit to Parking Services at 1401 N. Sprigg Street. The office is open Monday-Friday between 8 a.m.-4 p.m. A new permit will be issued at that time.
