CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Dec. 15, 2015 – Southeast Missouri State University will launch new tuition rates for students enrolled in online only degree programs beginning in fall 2016 following approval today by the University’s Board of Regents.
Regardless of residency, students enrolled in online only degree programs at Southeast will now be charged $265 per credit hour for online undergraduate courses and $325 per credit hour for online graduate courses.
The new rates are an effort, in part, to appeal to working adults and employers who offer programs to reimburse employees’ educational expenses. Varying rates for in-state and out-of-state students no longer will be charged.
Southeast offers more than 20 academic programs online with opportunities to study business administration, health studies, nursing, criminal justice and a host of other degree programs. Today, Southeast is a leader in the delivery of online programming in the state of Missouri, with more than 1,000 students pursuing a degree completely online. Southeast’s bachelor’s degree programs; graduate programs in criminal justice, education and business; and MBA program have been ranked by U.S. News & World Report among the best online programs.
