CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Jan. 15, 2016 – Southeast Serves and Gamma Sigma Sigma service sorority at Southeast Missouri State University are hosting the annual Fancy That! Dress Sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the University Center third floor lobby.
Fancy That! is an annual gently used formal dress sale that benefits a local charity. This year, funds raised will be donated to the Safe House for Women in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Dresses have been collected and donated throughout the fall 2015 semester, and will be sold at a reduced price, giving anyone the ability to afford formal wear.
Fancy That! has become especially popular among the high schools in the local area, and a limited number of vouchers have been distributed to allow those students who may not be able to afford a dress to receive a free dress. Vouchers were also given to the Safe House for Women.
This event is open to all Southeast students and the Cape Girardeau community. Credit cards will not be accepted. Payment must be provided in cash or by check only.
