Southeast’s program is ranked 27th and is the only program in Missouri ranked in the top 50.

College Choice developed the rankings by collating the average credit hour cost, the amount of financial aid students receive, the academic reputation of the University, and PayScale’s average early career salary for graduates of Southeast’s program.

“Clearly, ‘best’ for us means reputation, but also affordability, return on investment, and accessibility,” according to College Choice, which used information from PayScaleU.S. News & World Report, the U.S. Department of Education, and the universities and colleges’ websites.

Dr. Gerald McDougall, dean of the Donald L. Harrison College of Business, said, “Students graduating from Southeast’s online BSBA program are prepared to work in any sector of the business sector; they know their stuff, work hard, know how to think and play well with others.  Completing an online program also demonstrates an individual’s initiative, ability to work independently, persistence and technical prowess.”

The Harrison College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

“With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement the Harrison faculty implemented an online undergraduate business program incorporating established business concepts and sound business practices, utilizing best-practices in instructional design,” McDougall said, “while continually reviewing and revising course structure and content to enhance student learning.”
