Human Resources is now actively engaged in the Staff Performance Management Annual Review process. Over 200 self-evaluation forms have been completed and submitted to management.
Staff members have one more week to complete their online self-evaluation form. All self-evaluation forms should be submitted by Friday, Dec. 14. Please note, early submission is definitely appreciated, as this gives management additional time to review the documents while they are completing the annual evaluation form. Evaluations are also an essential piece of documentation for the personnel file. It is a requirement that staff complete the self-evaluation form, which will be attached to their annual evaluation.
Some helpful reminders:
- All completed online self-evaluation forms must be submitted to management by Friday, Dec. 14
- Staff may access the online form at https://semo.edu/hr/performance-management.html
- Staff members must know their manager’s email address
- Achievements, improvements, overall performance assessment and challenges will be noted on the online form
