Summer Group Fitness Classes
The excitement continues this summer with our Group Fitness program! Classes will start on May 16 and go until August 12. Choose from a variety of great classes such as Power Yoga, BodyBarre, TRX, Aerial Yoga, Real Ryder and more! Classes are free to all SRC members all summer long. Rise to Rio!
The 2016 Summer Olympics is right around the corner and it’s time to compete for the gold! Your goal for this fitness incentive is do a combination of cardiovascular exercise (800 minutes), strength training (500 minutes) and flexibility training (250 minutes) in a eight week time period. The incentive will run from June 6 – July 29. This information can be recorded through a Google doc or in a notebook located at the front desk.
