‘Sundays at Three’ Chamber Music Series to Begin Sept. 13


CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Aug. 26, 2009 – Chamber Music Sundays at Three will present its first concert of the 2009-2010 season at 3 p.m. Sept. 13.  The event will be held in the Robert F. and Gertrude L. Shuck Music Recital Hall on the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University.  

Saint Louis Symphony violinist, Lorraine Glass-Harris, will join the Southeast Baroque Ensemble as a special guest for an afternoon of Bach, Telemann, LeClaire and Ucellinni performed on historically accurate instruments.  Members of the ensemble, all Southeast Department of Music faculty, are Brandon Christensen, violin, Sara Edgerton, cello, Gary Miller, harpsichord, Jeffrey Noonan, Theorbo, and Paul Thompson, flute.

Tickets are on sale now and are $15 for general admission, $10 for Southeast faculty and staff, as well as senior citizens, and $3 for Southeast students.  Tickets are available at the door or in advance at the River Campus Box office on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by calling (573) 651-2265.
