Donation of Unpublished Williams Poem, Pancake Day, ‘River Tales’ Segment also to be Highlighted

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., March 16, 2007 — Southeast Missouri State University President Kenneth W. Dobbins will talk about the River Campus, the University’s research park and other issues facing Southeast when he is the guest at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18, on Southeast Public Radio’s “Going Public” program.
In addition, Mitch Robinson will discuss the upcoming Pancake Day with Dr. Tom Harte.
Michael Lund also will explain why he donated an unpublished manuscript of a William Carlos Williams poem to the University.
On the River Tales segment, Mike Shane of KFVS-TV will reminisce about growing up in Sikeston, Mo., during World War II.
